There are two ways to contact Fiverr support. If you have access to your Fiverr account, you can follow the first method to contact Fiverr support:

Open your Fiverr account and click on the question mark icon on the left side of Fiverr DP.

Click on the account and security tag.

Click on Report a Bug

Here, you can describe your issue.

Second method:

The second method is the easiest method to contact fiverr support. Just go to the same email with which you have a Jopint Fiverr account and email Fiverr at “support@fiverr.com.”.
